Our Mission, Vision, and Values guide the way we do business.If this sounds like the kind of environment where you can thrive, keep reading!Leidos seeks an Industrial Energy Advisor to both market and support energy-efficiency projects with large industrial businesses in the Massachusetts & Rhode Island This exciting position offers a very unique career opportunity for a dynamic person with excellent outreach, sales, communication and organizational skills to promote energy efficiency projects to large industrial customers.The person in this position will broadly market Energy Efficiency programs to large commercial and industrial customers and will require the ability to identify efficiency opportunities, as well as the technical ability to calculate energy savings, maintain customer relationships, and deliver presentations. The candidate should have a high level of knowledge of building systems, industrial systems, construction practices, and/or the energy efficiency industry. Must be highly motivated, well organized, self-starting, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and work well in a team setting.The ideal candidate must be familiar with and have the ability to make energy efficiency recommendations for the following type of systems:Primary ResponsibilitiesSpearhead project management coordination between utility representatives, customers, contractors and internal staffDevelop, provide SME consultation and manage project \xe2\x80\x9cworkbooks\xe2\x80\x9d with energy analysis and savings calculations.Provide excellent customer service with exceptional follow through on tasks and audit reportsSupport and provide SME consultation to commercial and industrial energy audits with the support and direction of an Engineering ManagerCoordinate project management efforts among utility representatives, customers, contractors, and internal teams.Market Insights: Identify energy-saving opportunities and communicate these findings to large commercial and industrial customers.Technical Expertise: Calculate energy savings, analyze building and industrial systems, and recommend efficiency improvements. Develop solutions to complex technical issues and problems.Client Relationships: Maintain strong connections with clients, ensuring exceptional service and follow-through.Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase energy solutions.Knowledge Base: Expert knowledge and high proficiency in building systems, industrial processes, and energy efficiency practices.Technical Savvy: requires advanced technical knowledge and ability to provide SME guidance with various systems, including:Compressed AirSupermarket RefrigerationHydronic PumpingChilled Water (Process and Comfort)HVAC ConfigurationsBuilding EnvelopesHydraulic SystemsVacuum SystemsThermal OxidizersOvens (Drying, Paint, Baking, Heat Treat)LightingConveyer SystemsAC and DC MotorsExtrusion SystemsHeat RecoveryBoilersBasic QualificationsRequires Bachelors of Science Engineering with 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience OR a Masters\xe2\x80\x99 Degree with 6 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years of prior relevant experience.
