Looking for a great position within a growing Healthcare| Logistics Company? Randstad has a great opportunity for a candidate in Southern Indiana. Position will be temporary to hire. The position will be 100% in office. Client will pay towards tolls when hired on permanent. Salary range is between $18-$20/ hour. Qualifications

• Ability to work 100% in office in Southern Indiana
• Two years of billing and invoicing experience (ideally healthcare but open)
• Two years of experience providing customer service
• ERP/billing software and Microsoft Office experience
• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Processing Chargebacks
• Accurately manages invoicing and finance management for the customer.
• Contributes to cash applications and processing as well as cash collection on behalf of clientele
• Supplies aging reports as needed for customers
• Reviews credit management reporting
• Validates contract pricing and units of measure updates
• Maintain records of routine accounting transactions
• Maintains current contact documentation within CRM related to customer account
• Answers and resolves customer inquiries
• Establishes and maintains customer relationships with knowledge of order processing and conflict resolution
