Visiting Angels Contract RN\xe2\x80\x99s job duties include assisting with providing quality care to our Veteran clients in Alamosa, CO and the surrounding area.
Our contract RN\xe2\x80\x99s do this by providing scheduled assessments for our Veteran clients and communicating with Visiting Angels as well as the Veteran\xe2\x80\x99s Administration as necessary to ensure our client\xe2\x80\x99s have the best care for their situation.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Performing Regular RN in-home 1-Hour assessments
- Effective Communication with the Visiting Angel\xe2\x80\x99s Care Management Team regarding Veteran Client\xe2\x80\x99s Needs
- Communication with the Veteran\xe2\x80\x99s Administration as needed
- Providing quality care to our Veteran Clients throughout their assessments
