Your responsibilities in this role:

• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Assist with preparation of corporate tax returns.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts.
• Prepare periodic financial reports: weekly cash balances, weekly divisional sales,
• Calculate/verify employee and contractor royalty, commission, profit compensation.
• Prepare governmental filings: sales tax, occupancy, personal property tax, etc.
• Manage A/P.

Requirements

The ideal Controller candidate should have a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education.

Other requirements for the Controller position include and are not limited to:

• 5+ years of related experience, CPA preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Month-end close experience required
• Media/advertising/publishing preferred
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with people, as well as independently
