Job Description

We are looking for a Controller who will manage the accounting infrastructure system and perform the bookkeeping/ accounting functions of The DPS as described below. This person work closely with and support the CFO in ensuring The DPS accounting system is running smoothly.

• * Prepare journal entries

• Complete general ledger
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
• Assist with yearend closings
• Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• Assist with payroll administration
• Account and bank reconciliations
• Review and process expense reports
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
• Collect, interpret, and report financial data
• Present financial data and analysis to executive team
• Monitor cash flow

• * Bachelor\'s Degree in appropriate field of study

• 5-7 years of finance and accounting experience
• Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
• Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
• Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes
• Experience with modern Project Management Software (Hubspot, Netsuite)
• Knowledge and experience in B2B and CPG industries
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data and metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
