Job Description
Manpower Engineering seeking a Controls Engineer to work onsite at a Spring Hill, TN automotive plant. Must have prior GM/GCCS experience. This is an open-ended contract position.
Job Title: Controls Engineer
Location: Spring Hill, TN
Pay: $40 - $47.75/hour

About the Role:
- Control system/system integration/ project management
- Programming and troubleshooting of Allen Bradley PLC & HMI code as required.
- Attend job walks, start-ups, commissioning, project close out meetings, etc.
- Required to have GM Global Common Controls Software (GCCS-2) experience
- Experience in control system/system integration or project management
- Experience in a GM plant (GCCS experience) required
- Prior experience leading controls and integration resources
- Experience in job cost analysis is helpful, along with budget management, time and schedule management, resource management, and scope management
- Ability to program and/or modify programmable logic controllers (PLC) and HMI
- Experience in robotics would also be helpful (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, etc.)
