Converting Operator (Part-Time)

At TC Transcontinental, we\'ve got it made, and that\'s because of the expertise of our team. We are currently looking for a part-time Converting Operator to support production at our (Tulsa) plant. Essential to TC Transcontinental Packaging operations, the Converting Operator performs machine set-up for orders, safely operates machine to production target, waste, and quality standards, and trouble shoots machine when it is down or not performing to standard.

When your actions lead to success.

• Operate machine within standard production targets and waste limits.
• Perform troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments.
• Ensure the quality of the products by identifying issues.
• Track and record production, waste, and material usage.
• Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.

• High school Diploma or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 1-year experience in Converting
• Minimum 2-years\' experience in Manufacturing
• Intermediate use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments.
