RESPONSIBILITIES

COO/Integrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Acts as a strategic buffer between the Visionary and the team, ensuring clear and aligned communication
• Facilitates the seamless fulfillment of organizational goals, orchestrating efforts across departments
• Shapes and champions the organizational culture, reinforcing core values throughout the company
• Skillfully mitigates complex situations, offering clarity and guidance to the leadership team
• Proactively identifies and removes roadblocks at various locations, ensuring smooth operations
• Spearheads the generation and implementation of growth-focused ideas, contributing to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s expansion
• Nurtures the development of both the organization and the leadership team, fostering growth and evolution
• Documents and optimizes systems and processes, prioritizing operational excellence and efficiency that are followed by all
• Manages HR and IT functions, ensuring compliance and maintaining technological infrastructure

• Manages compliance aspects of the organization
• Maintains a high-level perspective while actively participating in office matters to address challenges promptly (understands that getting your hands dirty is not out of the question)

• Hands on in the office, handling office issues
• Actively coaches, trains, and mentors leadership team members to maximize their roles
• Handles the decision making for the organization
• Establishes and oversees organizational KPIs and metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement
• Implements project management tools and resources, enhancing productivity and coordination

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Healthcare industry experience
• HR experience
• 3-5 years of experience on a leadership team in an organization 100+ employees

Preferred

• Has grown an organization employee count under their leadership
• Project management tool experience (Asana)
• EOS experience
• Experience creating career progression roadmaps
• Dental industry experience

Desired

• Experience leading groups/organizations with 300-500 employees

Salary: $135,000 to $155,000 plus performance-based incentives
