CLINICAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Virtual Health

This is a full-time, exempt/salaried position on UCHealth\'s Virtual Health Operations team based in Aurora, Colorado. This is an on-site position (not a remote opportunity). Regional travel may be required.

Job Duties

• Organizes and coordinates the activities and flow of work for the Virtual Health program.
• Participates on multidisciplinary teams to collaboratively address program development, problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, regulatory compliance, and systems/performance/outcomes measures.
• Facilitates the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services, practice standards, and initiatives, including program-specific committees, conferences, and staff/public education opportunities.
• Serves as a resource to staff regarding clinical practice, policies, and program services.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing
• 3 years related experience
• State licensure (CO) as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.

BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. All life support certification cards must be issued by either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer. (American Red Cross for the Professional Rescuer is only good upon hire and all renewals will need to be through an American Heart Association sanctioned course.)

Preferred

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
• Comfort with use of videoconferencing technology (ex: MS Teams, Zoom, Vidyo).
• Prior success with precepting or providing education to nurses and/or other multidisciplinary clinical team members.
• Prior experience documenting and reviewing records in an EHR.

The pay range for this position is: $38.29 - $59.35 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant\'s relevant experience.
