This position is one of a team of staff who provide financial, curricular, and administrative processing assistance for departments across the Arts & Humanities Division, including acting as delegates in Concur for faculty support. In addition, provides back-up support for departments within the FAS when there are short-term administrative staff leaves or vacancies. Adheres to Harvard University\'s financial systems policies and procedures; sets up suppliers and corporations in Buy2Pay. Processes journals, invoice payments, and non-employee reimbursements using Harvard University\'s financial platform. Provides ad-hoc support for faculty projects as needed. Supports curricular support needs, including administrative support for course set up as may be necessary. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. All remote work must be performed within one of the Harvard Registered Payroll States, which currently includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only).
