$75,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate of experience

PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW
Manage and oversee the adult outpatient team to ensure timely and appropriate access to services. Manage and oversee multidisciplinary team in the provision of counseling services to clients with history of substance use and mental issue in order to support clients' ability to live and function independently.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the multi disciplinary clinical and intake teams.
Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to individuals, groups and families.
Oversee the completion of team member's client documentation.
Serve as liaison with outside agencies and referral sources.
Support, coach and provide guidance to supervisees.
Attain productivity as outlined in planned work schedule.
Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Master's degree in behavioral health field with LCSW, LMFT or LPC required
Ability to work flexible schedule.
Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse.
Experience in counseling/therapeutic methods and practices, management of staff and supervision.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Computer literacy.
