Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Copy Machine Operator to join our growing commercial printing company. In this role, you'll operate and maintain high-volume digital printing equipment while ensuring top-quality output for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality materials including brochures, flyers, business cards, and other commercial print products

- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistency

- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment

- Load and manage paper supply and other printing materials

- Process incoming print jobs according to specifications and deadlines

- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area

- Track inventory of supplies and report when restocking is needed

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1+ years of experience operating digital printing equipment

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with print production software

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

- Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Xerox, Canon, or similar commercial printing equipment

- Knowledge of paper types, weights, and printing specifications

- Background in commercial printing or related field

- Basic understanding of color management and calibration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
