Position Summary:

Provide administrative support to assist the Regional Data Integrity Center (RDIC) in executing daily activities to achieve department goals/objectives. Demonstrate the company\xe2\x80\x99s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop/maintain strong working relationships with division retail stores and General Office merchandising departments
• Provide assistance in handling adverse situations, such as team member and customer disagreements, to effectively complete the job at hand
• Promote a strong team building atmosphere
• Provide accurate, complete and timely support and data entry assistance to issues involving pricing, store support, scale management and shelf tags
• Create and maintain support for the intranet News & Notes articles
• Provide support by resolving issues and answering Bi-ways submitted by store associates
• Provide point of sale (POS) troubleshooting, overrides and user support
• Request, test and approve fixes/enhancement via user accepted testing (UAT)
• Resolve store pricing, scale and shelf tag data integrity issues
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Highly motivated and self-starter
• Customer service oriented
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and a strong attention to detail

Desired Previous Job Experience:

• Department Specialist
• Broad knowledge of Merchandising departments/systems
• Kroger Mainframe experience
• Experience in Merchandising, Operations or Procurement departments
