JOB SUMMARY
The Corporate Data Coordinator is focused on executing day-to-day workflow managed through Kidder Mathews proprietary data system, performing audits, validating and storing important closing documents for both sale and lease transactions in the Kidder Mathews proprietary database and conduct audits on data collection to ensure compliance along with any assigned special projects and working with the Corporate Data Manager through issues that may arise.
