Previous event follow-up experience (ex: post-event surveys) preferred.Experience in analyzing, making inferences, and presenting large amounts of qualitative and quantitative survey data desired.Experience with market research, survey creation, and interpretation is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) is required.Canva and/or Adobe Design experience preferred.Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams preferred.Previous Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.Previous Leadership experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, Work Style, & Abilities:Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, including alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual mediaOutstanding oral presentation and written communication skills required.
