We want talent like you. Job Overview The Corporate Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing corporate gift card sales primarily. The position requires good written, verbal communication skills and attention to detail. This colleague works collaboratively with the client, and corporate sales team, Store colleagues, Fraud prevention, Legal and Customer Experience Selling Support partners. In addition, they must be able to work independently as well as anticipate departmental needs. They should display strong interpersonal and organizational skills with proven ability to work in a team environment. Essential Functions

  • Collect all Incoming orders (Orders arrive via email, telephone, US postal/ fed ex/UPS)
  • Assist in preparing & shipping daily client orders - pull, record, pack & ship
  • Work at POS / registers, Process & activate orders
  • Work with various internal departments to process/ship/check / correct / activate orders and other activities
  • Respond to various customer inquiries/issues both internal & external partners \xe2\x80\x93 through email / phone as required
  • Complete ad hoc projects for Senior Manager and Corporate Sales team
  • Completes other related duties as required and assigned
  • Perform these functions in an efficient manner, as directed by the Supervisor
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Qualifications and Competencies
  • We encourage candidates with either a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and logical thought process and problem-solving skills.
  • Takes the initiative in formulating solutions and reliable in making sound decisions.
  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
  • Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables, Word, Power Point, etc a plus
  • Must have good time management skills.
  • Ability to go to Macy\xe2\x80\x99s HSQ store as required.
  • Has work from home set up, where one can store gift card boxes and supplies.
Essential Physical Requirements
  • The job would require standing at the cash register for short intervals of time.
  • Would be required to handle and pack boxes approx. 5 to 25 lbs.
  • This position requires regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking.
  • May occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
