What You Will Do:

Content for posting to describe the role: In collaboration with the Loveland Police Department, Larimer County Sheriff\'s Office, Johnstown Police and Estes Park Police Department, Co-Responder Clinical Supervisor assists the clinical leadership team within co-response program to ensure that clinical service lines are operating effectively, and that crisis response rendered is meeting client needs. Assists in providing clinical leadership, planning and executing training (new hires, medical record system training, etc.) leading the case management and peer support portions of the team, providing clinical supervision, problem solving among team members, or responding to co-response calls at partner agencies. Completes a variety of administrative tasks such as timecard and PTO approval, disciplinary actions as needed, and managing schedules.

The Co-Responder Supervisor will be responsible for leading Summitstone Health Partner\'s team of Co-Responders in Larimer County in the Acute Services Division. In addition to supporting the Co-Response Program Manager and leading the team of co-responders, the Supervisor will also operate as a co-responder. This role is critical in cultivating the development of a coordinated system of care that integrates all services. The Co-Responder Supervisor will maintain relationships with key stakeholders outside of SummitStone through communication and meeting attendance. The Co-Responder Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to team members and, in conjunction with first responders, will provide services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis that could include screening/assessments, triage, brief treatment, and linking to follow-up service providers. As a part of the Co-Responder program, the Supervisor will respond to calls to assist with field assessments and disposition of individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Co-responders work closely with first responders, crisis services, schools, and hospital emergency departments.

Masters or Doctorate with license in psychology, social work or counseling. Experience in crisis intervention. Experience in a supervisor/leadership role. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to follow through. Ability to collaborate effectively with law enforcement as well as mental health, medical, and social service community agencies. Ability to pass both SummitStone and law enforcement background checks.

Required:
  • LAC and Mental Health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in good standing in Colorado. 1-3 years of relevant experience in the SUD field.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the SUD field. Master\'s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited behavioral health college or university.
  • Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities
Preferred: Bilingual and Bi-cultural. Strong understanding of SUD treatment and knowledge of withdrawal management processes; willingness to learn

Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver\'s license.

Wage Ranges

The typical hiring range for this position is $76,565 to $91,874 based on relevant years of experience.

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekend and holidays.
