learn about the customer\'s rental needs; work to upgrade them to a more premium vehicle as well as emphasize optional features and benefits that will enhance their experience
review rental parameters with all customers to ensure understanding of rates, return date and times, optional charges, and other services
answer questions, offer directions and local area information
resolve customer service issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty
provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations
clean vehicles (washing, detailing, vacuuming, gassing) and prepare for next rental
perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs

must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen
must be able to work weekends and holidays
strong verbal and written communication skills
high school diploma or G.E.D
ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
minimum 1-year customer service or sales experience
