As a Counter Agent, you will be focused on interacting with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner. Multitask and prioritize effectively. - learn about the customer\'s rental needs; work to upgrade them to a more premium vehicle as well as emphasize optional features and benefits that will enhance their experience
- review rental parameters with all customers to ensure understanding of rates, return date and times, optional charges, and other services
- answer questions, offer directions and local area information
- resolve customer service issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty
- provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations
- clean vehicles (washing, detailing, vacuuming, gassing) and prepare for next rental
- perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs
- bi-weekly hourly wage

- must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- high school diploma or G.E.D
- ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
- minimum 1-year customer service or sales experience
