Job Description
Are you a business-to-business Credit Analyst who enjoys cleaning up a portfolio of aged accounts? Your daily duties include:
- Monitor a portfolio of aged accounts, conducting daily calls to various past due customers in a B2B environment
- Answer incoming emails from customers with questions about payment arrangements
- Process payments, credits and refunds
- Resolve billing and misapplied payment issues
- Prepare weekly analysis for Credit Manager on the status of largest dollar accounts
- Interact with key members of the organizations finance team
- Update Excel and Oracle with payment status
- Various other projects as assigned by Credit Manager and Controller
2+ years of prior accounts receivable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Associates Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
7,000+ key-strokes-per-hour data entry score
Ability to use Excel at an intermediate level
Strong written and verbal communication skills
