```Duties```

-Customer Service

-Able to work by themselves and help management out when they are out of office

- Pulling and posting of morning files, loans, and monthly bills paid

-Loan officer is a 2nd part of this job

- Evaluate loan applications and determine the eligibility of applicants

- Collect and analyze financial information to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers

- Review loan agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act)

- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and complete loan applications

- Conduct thorough credit analysis and underwriting to assess risk and make informed lending decisions

- Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment plans with borrowers

- Oversee the loan processing from application submission to closing, ensuring timely and accurate completion

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients

- Strong mathematical skills for performing basic calculations related to loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules

- Knowledge of underwriting principles and practices to assess creditworthiness and determine loan eligibility

- Familiarity with credit analysis techniques to evaluate financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information

- Understanding of TILA regulations and compliance requirements for consumer lending

- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the borrower and the lending institution

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in the loan process

- Familiarity with financial sales techniques to promote loan products and services effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $33,280.00 per year
