Training Pay: $20.00 per hour
Upon successful completion of training you will be eligible for bonuses: expectation is $50k - 65k annually
4 Day Workweek, Tuesday - Friday 10 hour days

Our techs successfully complete repairs to fiberglass swimming pools throughout Central and South Florida. Depending on the specifics of the pool, this involves things like refurbishing, repairing shell cracks, tiling, plumbing, fitting & equipment and commercial pool tanks. Our teams work in crews of 3 and we are in need of an a Crew Lead.
Responsibilities:
Main point of contact for customers for your assigned jobs
Delegate to your team to expedite the job with great quality
Perform repairs while utilizing all safety gear and adhering to company protocol
Perform quality after-service tickets
Travels to jobs out of town (can be anywhere south of Daytona) at least 3 days a week, often overnight, as needed
Wash, clean and organize the assigned vehicle as needed but at a minimum weekly
Maintain company resources daily, (vehicle, equipment and facilities). All tools and supplies need to be organized, cleaned, maintained and put in their assigned location
Report necessary job-site data and upload pictures accordingly
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, co-workers and management
Run errands as needed picking up supplies, etc.
Report low inventory
Required Skills/Experience:
Must have a valid FL Driver\'s License with a clean driving record
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using a variety of power tools
Ability to maintain professionalism
Desire to do the job correctly the first time
Ability to work alone or in a team
Problem-Solver
Self-driven and proactive
Physical Requirements:
See, hear, speak and write clearly in English in order to communicate effectively
Full dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a variety of specialized tools & equipment
Ability to lift, push, pull, carry and reach while holding objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
Reach overhead, horizontally and above the shoulders
Drive - All employees are required to have a valid FL Driver\'s license and be cleared by our auto-insurance company, this requires a clean driving record.
Swim
Maintain balance and stand for several hours
Work while on hands and knees or while lying on the ground
Endure strenuous manual labor for several hours at a time in the FL heat
Walk up and down stairs while carrying materials
Work in confined spaces, possibly as small as 3\' x 3\' and/or where standing up entirely is not possible
Work in the dirt, with chemicals, tools and powered machinery
Clarity of vision at varying distances to operate equipment and drive
Good hand-eye coordination and able to manipulate large and small objects
