: In this position you will be responding to assigned service calls following SERVPRO\xc2\xae production guidelines. On a daily basis you will be communicating with the Restoration Supervisor making sure all customer needs are met. Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, vehicles, equipment, and office areas will be part of your daily routine as needed.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

\xc2\xb7 Load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.

\xc2\xb7 Keep a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging equipment for each project.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.

\xc2\xb7 Extract water, set up equipment, clean surfaces and perform demo for restoration projects.

\xc2\xb7 Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance

\xc2\xb7 Understand, follow and perform safety and risk management guidelines along with productions processes. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Who you are:

\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal communication skills

\xc2\xb7 High school diploma/GED

\xc2\xb7 IICRC certifications are a plus

\xc2\xb7 Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Experience working with iPad/smart phone type of device a plus

\xc2\xb7 Good fit for those with carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, and general labor experience

\xc2\xb7 Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to chemicals

\xc2\xb7 Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing

\xc2\xb7 Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)

\xc2\xb7 Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
