We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Crew Member to join our team! In this role, you will welcome customers into the little Caesar\xe2\x80\x99s Smyrna, Delaware and prepare their orders. You aim to ensure patrons enjoy their food/drinks in a timely manner time at our location. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into Little Caesars Smyrna with a smile
- Take food and beverage orders
- Explain the menu items to customers
- Create a variety of Pizza and drinks, from basic to more complex
- Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
