Hiring immediately for our brand new Heav\'nly Donuts location on Rt 113 in Dracut! Are you looking for something new? We are seeking Crew Members to join our Heav\xe2\x80\x99nly Team! Are you friendly, dependable and have a desire to be part of a fast-paced team? Then join Heav\xe2\x80\x99nly Donuts! We look to our Crew Members to take the lead at providing each and every customer with a great experience while visiting our donut shops. Heav\xe2\x80\x99nly Donuts is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds. Previous coffee and bakery experience is a plus but this could be your first ever part-time job while in school, or you can make this a full-time career. This can be a job for teens. No experience is required\xe2\x80\xa6we will teach you all the tricks of the trade!

Looking for Openers, Closers, Morning and Afternoon help. 4am, 5am, 6 am, & 7am starting shifts in the morning , ,,plus 10-3 & 12-6 shifts ,,,and after school shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers in a friendly manner ensuring their order is made accurately and quickly so they leave with a smile.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and co-workers; we only want positivity inside our shops!
• Look to clean constantly while keeping the store well organized and stocked at all times.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, including all Covid guidelines.

Team Environment:

• Work well with others respectfully, and can interact in a positive efficient manner
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback
• Able to communicate with team members, as well as with supervisors within the organization
• Able to learn and execute multiple tasks
• Able to do headsets
• Compensation is based on flexibility and experience.
• This position can lead to a supervisor role for the right person
• Previous coffee and bakery experience a plus

Experience working in the Quick Service Industry (fast food) preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 15 1/2 years of age
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must speak English
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with kitchen equipment such as coffee machine, toasters, blenders, etc.
• Ability to lift, reach, lift, kneel and occasionally move items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ages 15-17 must bring in your working permits
• Must work at least one weekend day
