We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crimina l Defense Attorney specializing in DUI cases to join our remote team based in Sacramento, CA. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch legal representation to clients facing DUI charges.

**Responsibilities:**
- Handle a caseload of DUI cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Stay current on DUI laws, regulations, and legal trends.
- Collaborate with our legal team to strategize and develop effective defense strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process.

**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Crimina l Defense Attorney with a focus on DUI cases.
- Strong knowledge of DUI laws and regulations in California.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Comfortable using technology for virtual meetings and case management.
