Assist multi-disciplinary team in creating a welcoming environment for the youth
Facilitate and co-facilitate daily groups focused on supporting youth in developing coping skills using DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative and Motivational Interviewing interventions.
Engage the youth in therapeutic activities and projects as well as educational activities
Intervene with the clients\' behavior as needed, supporting with self-regulation and stabilization
Participate in daily clinical treatment planning with multi-disciplinary team
Complete daily progress notes
Participate in weekly supervision with the supervisor
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and paperwork including, but not limited to, mental health notes, incident reports, and timecards
Provide transportation for youth and families when necessary
Carry out responsibilities related to prevention of and safetey within restraint/seculsion as per Seneca\'s Equilibrium Policy
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree
Ability to work as a team player and with a diverse population
Experience working with youth in residential care preferred
Bilingual Spanish skills a plus
Clearance of TB test, fingerprinting, and any other State/Federal requirements
California Driver\'s License and insurance

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Benefits
$22.66 - $25.16 per hour, additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam.
