We partner with our Nurses at Alaska Regional Hospital!Job Summary and QualificationsA Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) who renders individualized comprehensive nursing care to meet the patients physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural and educational needs. The Critical Care Float Pool RN provides the best possible preventative, supportive, and rehabilitative nursing care to each patient based upon the nursing process and in accordance with hospital policy and procedure. The Float Department RN functions under the oversight and direction of the Nursing Supervisor. Assignment responsibilities with full patient assignment will be specific to critical care patients in ICU, Intermediate Care Unit, or Emergency Room.Position Requirements:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• Knowledge of Specialty Equipment and tools
• One year of clinical nursing experience in a health care facility preferred
