Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CSR/Dispatcher that is familiar with the Plumbing and HVAC services industry. Experience with Service Titan is a huge plus.

Duties

Receive and process incoming service requests via phone systems and other communication channels. Utilize Service Titan software to assign service personnel to jobs based on availability and location. Monitor the status of ongoing service calls and provide updates to customers as needed. Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and customer interactions in the system. Collaborate with supply chain and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routing and scheduling of service personnel. Provide support in managing inventory levels for necessary supplies related to service operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all dispatching activities.

Skills

Proficient in phone etiquette and effective communication skills. Experience with dispatching processes and supply chain management is preferred. Experienced in Service Titan is a must! Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in transportation planning is advantageous.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
