Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist the manager in overseeing kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute menus for events
- Ensure food production meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, banquet, or catering setting is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending and coffee preparation is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
