What We Offer

Weekly Pay of $14.00 per hour

Cultivation Trimmer Tasks & Duties (What You\'ll Do)

Tightly trim cannabis by hand for medicinal or retail purposes

Organize trimmed flowers into separate bins

Keep track of the product you trim for end-of-shift weighing

Clean work area and tools after shift

Assist with plant harvesting as needed

Monday-Friday

Day shift, Mid shift, Night Shift

Cultivation Trimmer Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Excellent computer and analytical skills

Familiarity with warehouse procedures

Productivity

Must not have been convicted of any felony offense

Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Ability to operate a weighing scale accurately

Punctuality

Good communication skills

Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Accountability, and initiative

Detail oriented

Ability to stand or sit for long periods

Team oriented and self-motivated

Must possess a Nevada Dispensary Agent work card and be 21 years of age or older.
