POSITION TITLE:

Custodial Technician

REPORTS TO:

Director of Facilities

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time/Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Under the direct supervision of the Property Operations Manager, the Custodial Technician is responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of The LineUp grounds and facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Sweep and maintain grounds to keep areas clean and orderly Dispose of trash and empty trash receptacles regularly Clear brush and trim shrubs around various parts of the property Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including worksites and equipment Maintain inventory of cleaning agents and equipment Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms and showers Clean and service custodial equipment as needed Perform minor repairs on furniture, buildings, and equipment Report any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the appropriate department Perform all other duties as assigned to support overall property operations

Experience and Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Previous custodial and grounds maintenance experience preferred Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions Working knowledge of methods, techniques, and materials used in custodial work Familiarity with operating, caring for, and storing custodial equipment and supplies

Strong communication skills Ability to follow both oral and written instructions Comfortable using hand tools, cleaning agents, and chemicals safely and effectively Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment

Working Conditions / Physical requirements

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pushing, pulling and digging Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds * Flexible availability, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
