Luxury Homes Project Manager- Skill Requirement & Key Responsibilities

• Office oriented.
• Work closely and help ensure a "concierge" level of experience for our clients
• Must be personable, and have the ability to communicate, present ideas, and collaborate with clients.
• Highly successful at setting clear expectations, managing expectations, and meeting expectations with clients, vendors, and team members
• Work closely with Project Superintendents
• Collaborate with our in-house Architecture Team, Interior Design Team, Estimators, etc
• Continue to evolve current processes, and create new processes that can help the team and company be successful
• Highly Organized
• Excellent Problem solver - "Focus on the solution, and not the problem\xe2\x80\x9d
• Schedule oriented - "Be a fortune teller, and not a fire fighter\xe2\x80\x9d
• Great attitude
• Ability to thrive in a team based environment
• Construction Document & Plan reading - Review all Architectural Plans and Structural plans for accuracy
• Review all interior design specifications for accuracy and completion
• Takeoffs, Estimating & Bidding

Ensure Project Profitibility

• Client communication, education and setting expectations
• Ensuring a postive and enjoyable client experience
• Build and mantain subcontractor relationships
• Understanding of current building practices and practical application in the field
• The ability to review and understand design intent
• Construction Management Software experience (Buildertrend, Plangrid, Build)
• Selection Management and data entry
• Purchasing
• Problem solving
• Managing Selection Deadlines
• Collaborating with Project Team

Luxury Homes Superintendent - Skill Requirement & Key Responsibilities Similar to above but Field Focused

• Responsible for all things in the field
• Responsible for project schedule
• Responsible for quality control

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits:
