In this position, the Customer Care Specialist will travel to various client sites, all focusing on the local school districts. This position will only work with schools as their clients, to ensure their security needs are met.
As a trained expert of our client\xe2\x80\x99s security products, this position ensures that clients work comfortably with their security technologies. This position requires regular communication over the phone, via email and in-person. The ideal candidate will work with the company\xe2\x80\x99s team to reduce customer roadblocks and encourage customer satisfaction. Regular driving on daily basis is required for this position, spending most of the work day out of the office after starting your shift in-office.
