Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Attains revenue growth targets as set by the sales organization.

\xc2\xb7 Generates new leads and opportunities within assigned accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains a pipeline of qualified opportunities within assigned accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Develops site level relationships at assigned accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Owns efforts to ensure timely payment from assigned contracts.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures ATS branding is current at assigned ATS contract sites.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains and keeps up to date assigned account information in CRM.

\xc2\xb7 Works with ATS Marketing to develop growth campaigns for assigned accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Leads internal account review meetings.

\xc2\xb7 Owns the customer feedback and survey program for assigned accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Develops and deploys the strategy to sell and retain products and solutions to an existing portfolio of clients.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Sales, Senior Leadership, Product Management, and others to guarantee client optimization and satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Consults as a subject matter expert, presenting the value proposition to site level decision makers.

\xc2\xb7 Aligns client business objectives with the entire ATS portfolio of offerings.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years documented track record in sales, with focus on account management or customer service

Desirable KSAs:

\xc2\xb7 Manufacturing industry knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Capable of advising on solutions and technical requirements

\xc2\xb7 Relationship management

\xc2\xb7 Public speaking

\xc2\xb7 Presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Team building

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset for verbal troubleshooting, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer to document calls in a ticketing system, and occasional use of other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
