Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately Provide sales support and promote products or services when applicable
Skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to type efficiently and accurately Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus Proficiency in multilingual communication is an advantage Strong customer support skills with a focus on client services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.10 - $17.69 per hour
