Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished as needed. Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, addressing inquiries and providing information about products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic understanding of retail math to assist in inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to product knowledge and sales techniques.
