The Customer Experience team will be part of the Global Commercial organization and will drive growth in the Outdoor Performance business by winning customers and channels, while finding efficiency in a consolidated commercial management structure.As the Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks to support the accuracy, flow, and on-time delivery of customer orders. You will become proficient in systems and tools used to maintain customer records and process orders. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of customer records and the application of pricing and terms to customer orders. You will research and troubleshoot issues impacting order flow and support the customer experience team in identifying systematic and process related solutions to improve the overall customer experience.This position reports to the Customer Experience Operations Manager and is based in Logan, Utah.As the Customer Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
