Schedule consists of the following: \xc2\xb7 Office is open from 7am-9pm \xc2\xb7 Full time and part time positions available \xc2\xb7 Overtime opportunities are available and may be required during peak times \xc2\xb7 Some weekends will be expected Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Manage a constant volume of inbound and outbound calls \xc2\xb7 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication \xc2\xb7 Provide consistent and accurate information, utilizing established processes \xc2\xb7 Display empathy and understanding toward our customers \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate a persuasive approach when offering company\xe2\x80\x99s membership program Requirements \xc2\xb7 Customer service experience \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and listening skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively \xc2\xb7 Must have evening and weekend availability \xc2\xb7 Ability to work confidently and as a self-motivator in a call center environment \xc2\xb7 Proficient computer and typing skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) \xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent At Anthony we provide a fun, family like environment and consider company culture to be very crucial.
