The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Customer Experience Support Specialist to our Group Protection InsurTech team, with the opportunity to work remotely. As a InsurTech Specialist focused on digital transformation on the InsurTech team, you will perform and deliver on diverse assignments and projects for the Customer Experience InsurTech Strategy team. You will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of InsurTech customer experience. You will support cross-departmental projects progress and success through communication with stakeholders from across the business unit to secure resources, facilitate discussions/decisions, monitor project activities, and escalate issues as needed.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s), assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
  • Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
  • Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of assigned area(s)
  • Partners and collaborates with their assigned InsurTech Customer Experience Strategy team to better understand project objectives, deliverables, help collect voice of the customer, and takes ownership of day to day administration on an as needed basis
  • Manages day to day responsibilities for various initiatives, this includes but is not limited to data gathering, analytics and reporting, and vendor management
  • Conducts basic competitive intelligence and market research
  • Participates in project meetings with the team and stakeholders from multiple groups to map current and future state processes, define project scope, determine project plans, execute agreed deliverables, and evaluate outcomes
What we\'re looking for

Must-haves:
  • 1 - 3+ Years experience in project management, group protection insurance, business analysis, and/or marketing that directly aligns to the responsibilities of this role. (Required)
  • 4 Year/Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor\'s)
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience and knowledge of Third-Party Integrations with InsurTech platforms (such as ADP, Workday etc.. or other Benefit Administration/HCM platforms)
  • General knowledge of Group Protection products (LTD, STD, FMLA, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, and/or hospital insurance) and group protection processes, systems and/or workflows

Pay Range: $51,900 - $89,800

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln\'s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln\'s standard benefits package.
