Education:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree from an accredited college is preferred but not required

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in U.S. military (US Army) Human Resources
In-depth knowledge of military HR systems, particularly IPPS-A, iPERMS
Must be a US Citizen
Knowledge of military HR doctrines and policies
Must be able to obtain and retain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries or Office of Personnel Management Tier 1 standards

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports the Project Manager by mentoring and providing guidance to all subordinate personnel
Approves elevated accesses, set ROWSEC Class for MPD and Non-PSDR HR Professionals
Reconciles, validates, completes and signs Section 3 of DA Form 3986-R upon receipt from Non-PSDR organizations
Run reports and analytics upon request from the Program Manager, COR and or MPD internal contracted employees
Runs reports from Query Viewer upon request from the Program Manager, COR and or MPD internal contracted employees
Runs IPPS-A Predefined Reports upon request from the Program Manager, COR and or MPD internal contracted employees
