Position Overview: Jeff Gannon\xe2\x80\x99s State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join his winning team for an opening within the Customer Relations Representative Position. He is seeking someone who will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Compensation: $35,000-$38,600 Per Year

Our compensation includes stipends that we offer our team members. show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 PM located in Mt Juliet, TN

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving

About Jeff Gannon\xe2\x80\x99s Agency: Prior to beginning his State Farm Agency career, Jeff spent time training agents and team members throughout the country on various State Farm product offerings. He began his first State Farm office in 2007 as a new market agent in Mount Juliet TN. We have consistently ranked in the top 3% out of the 19,000 plus State Farm Agents around the country. As a result, Jeff is a part of a very small number of agents that have been given the opportunity to open multiple offices and also operate a location in Lebanon, TN. His team absolutely loves the opportunity to help our customers with all of their insurance and financial needs.

We truly do live where you live. Jeff grew up on the north side of Lebanon, TN. He and his wife met at Lebanon High School, and both continued their education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Jeff has a business degree from the Haslam College of Business at UTK. He has been with State Farm since 2002 and absolutely loves what he does. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and attending as many UT Vol sporting events as time will allow.
