Role Summary The Customer Service Agent is responsible for assisting guests with travel needs at Stellar Aviation and helping with questions they may have. As a customer service representative, the job duties will require you to respond to guest inquiries, performs various tasks in making reservations, billing out customers, light cleaning, and handle multiple ways of communication. Key Duties

• Assist guests with travel needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform computer and paperwork tasks.
• Cleaning facility, make coffee, and restocking snacks for customers.
• Answer phone calls for reservations and fuel orders.
• At the direction of management, may be assigned to perform duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required

• 12 months in high-end customer service.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, listening).
• Typing speed of at least 65 WPM.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (e.g., days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
• Ability to adapt to performing work according to set procedures.
• Ability to anticipate needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
