Customer Service Agent

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new products/services

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Customer Service Agent :



Requirements:



High School diploma or equivalent. Computer skills required. Preferably, customer service or hotel-related experience. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand during the shift.

Duties & Functions:



Greet guests and staff. Operate the Front Desk and PBX console. Respond to inquiries promptly. Handle bookings and reservations. Provide information on hotel services. Adhere to cash handling policies. Be aware of rates and promotions. Understand emergency procedures. Efficiently handle check-ins and checkouts. Use communication tools when necessary. Operate the computer system. Complete tasks on the checklist. Maintain a clean work area.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
