We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent to join our team and work closely with our businesses and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver best-in-class customer experience. As a Sales Agent you will play a critical role in managing and motivating our sales team to achieve their goals, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
  • Proactively sell memberships to potential customers through outbound calls and in-person visits
  • Follow up with customer inquiries and provide information on products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
  • College degree in business, marketing or related fields preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
