There is no upper limit to what you can earn in this role as you expand your jewelry knowledge!ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction

• Engage in face-to-face, email, and phone communications to endure seamless customer experiences for each and every guest
• Operate as a cashier, handling transactions and assisting customers with payment plans, warranty information, and returns

Operational Excellence

• Navigate front and back of house operations, including store greeter duties, basic quality control, inventory, and upholding merchandising standards
• Cross-train in areas such as Care and Cleaning, virtual sales, merchandise transfers, and other vital tasks
• Understand the functions of the shop, and assist with the flow of merchandise in and out of the jewelry shop to ensure customers receive their pieces in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing experience is required; jewelry sales experience is not mandatory\xe2\x80\x94we\'ll provide comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities!
• Availability during evenings and weekends is a must, with the perk of being closed on 7 major holidays.
• High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
