We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Associate:
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate include:
Ability to process estimates and orders Handle call management duties for specific customers Handle all necessary follows up Review orders for specific pricing Handle any other assigned clerical duties
Requirements of the Customer Service Associate include:
Minimum of 3 years experience in related field Proficient with Microsoft products Basic understanding of blueprints Must have ERP Experience
