As a Customer Service Associate, your job will be to make our customers happy through excellence customer service during in person and phone call interactions. You will help customers that walk into one of our retail location to help them identify the best products and services for their needs and be able to take calls that come to the store or you are reaching out to a customer providing order updates or letting them know when their order is ready.

We are also looking for those that want a career path, to have a mapped out path for job progression and increase salary. Our goal is to help a Customer Service Associate progress to an account manager, that help service customer accounts. There is also a sales path available if an employee wants to sell our products and services and earn commissions on top of a base salary.
