Position Responsibilities

Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced call center using world-class technology.

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

Help customers navigate Uline\'s website and online ordering.

Be a product expert! We\xe2\x80\x99ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

College Junior and Senior students.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Hardworking, enthusiastic and a team player.
