Pet Emergency Trauma Services, located in the beautiful Big Sky country of Montana, is seeking like-minded emergency veterinary professionals to join our growing team. Our team is a close-knit, compassionate group who strive to always provide the best in emergency care to our patients. We are a full-service emergency hospital with an in-house diagnostic lab, digital radiography, state of the art surgical suite, and onsite pharmacy, serving Bozeman and the surrounding area. Candidates eager to join our team should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive attitude under pressure, be an enthusiastic self-starter, detail-oriented, and ready to learn and grow! We are currently looking for team members to join us on a full-time basis for evening shifts (5pm-12am) and all shifts across the weekends. Holiday hours will also be required. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Welcoming pets and their families and creating a comforting environment.
• Precise and dedicated client service and follow through.
• Emergency triage over the phone and in person.
• Client check-in and record management.
• Client check-out and working with clients on payment options such as CareCredit and ScratchPay.
• Handling difficult conversations about finances with respect to the clients.
• Anticipate client\'s needs, provide information, and compassion.
• General clean-up of lobby, exam rooms, and entrance area.
• The ability to assist clients through difficult times, such as euthanasia.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one years\' experience working in a client focused role in a veterinary practice.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a positive, productive way.
• Works well with the team.
• Able to think critically and make decisions.
• Willingness to learn and grow within veterinary medicine.
• Strong desire to provide exceptional service.

Job Types: Full-time Salary: $25.00+/hr; (plus overnight shift differential, 8pm to 8am) Benefits include:
