Job Description

Are you great with customers and enjoy working in a face paced environment?

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our team. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. CSRs also invoice customers on a daily basis and handle various reporting needs for the customer service department.

Responsibilities



Manage incoming calls and input customer order Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Coordinate with the purchasing and accounting departments as needed.

Skills



Proven customer support experience Experience with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 per year
